We ship our products worldwide, including but not limited to:

• Australia, Europe, and other international destinations

2. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving full payment.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Time

• Domestic (India): 3–7 business days

• International: 7–21 business days (depending on the destination and customs)
  Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local delays, or holiday seasons.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders over $75 (international) or ₹1500 (within India).

• For orders below this value, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier information.
You can also track your order directly from your account dashboard on our website.

6. Delays & Issues

While we try our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by courier services or customs

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by customers

7. Custom Duties & Taxes (for International Orders)

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their respective countries.

• These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.

8. Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order is processed, we may not be able to change the shipping address.
